Change to on-the-day emergency appointments
Should you require to be seen as a medical emergency that cannot wait 48 hours, the reception staff will ask for details of your issues and pass your call to our Advanced Nurse Practitioner who will then call you back and triage you to the correct treatment. This may be advice and support over the telephone, an appointment with herself, or an appointment with a doctor.
There is a great demand on doctor resources, and we are changing the way the practice works to help ensure that you receive the highest service within the quickest time.
Please remember that many conditions can also be dealt with by a pharmacist, optician or dentist.
